MULCHING KITS: TRANSFORM YOUR LAWN MOWER INTO A MULCH MOWER

If you can’t seem to get your grass to grow nice and dense, it probably needs proper fertilising. You can use our mulching kits to easily convert your STIHL lawn mower into a mulch mower at any time. It just takes a couple of minutes: remove the collection box, then insert the mulching attachment and replace the standard blade with our multi-blade. Your dealer will also be happy to replace the blade for you. Now you can fertilise your lawn the eco-friendly way, as the specially shaped multi-blade finely shreds your grass clippings during mowing, and evenly distributes them across the green area with the mulching insert. This process returns valuable nutrients to the lawn in the form of organic fertiliser, so your lawn will become denser and healthier. It’s all down to the mulching blade. STIHL series 6 gas lawn mowers come equipped with mulching blades as standard, but if you have a different model, you can simply order a mulching kit from the range of lawn mower accessories available on the STIHL online shop and have it conveniently delivered to your door.

LAWN MOWER BLADES FOR SPECIAL APPLICATIONS

  Maintain your lawn even in poor weather with our catching kit designed for use on wet lawns. It features a curved collection blade, which can transport even damp, heavy grass cuttings and wet leaves to the discharge chute without any risk of blockages. If you regularly need to move your lawn mower through green spaces with kerbstones or wooden bed edging, or you need to go right up to the building façade, you’ll find the disc cut plate especially useful. It has four wing blades, which are mounted in such a way that they vibrate, recoil when they come into contact with solid objects and in doing so, protect the crankshaft from deformation and damage. With the various lawn mower blades, you can ensure that you are ideally equipped for different conditions.
